“The afternoon knows what the morning never suspected.” ― Robert Frost
Last week, we myth-busted a bit about neurodiversity. We accepted the invitation of this month's theme -- paying attention -- to open up some important dialog. As UU's, we root explorations like these in the inherent worth and dignity of every person. This week, we're doing it again... but with a different focus: aging.
What does it mean to pay attention as we age? In what ways could we pay better attention to the experiences of aging... as individuals, paying attention to oursevels & to one another... and as a society, caring for those of every age? What is "age segregation" and how does it negatively affect us all? Come & join in some intergenerational community this morning!
