 This is complicated math.  Especially when times are hard.\nResilience is
  on everyone's mind these days\, or it should be.  Because times are hard
 \, right?  But joy?  Are we still allowed joy?\nNot only are we allowed 
 it\, we need it - to stay alive\, to stay in it for the long haul.  To co
 ntinue showing up\, we must connect not only with duty (head) but with joy
 \, with love (heart).  \nFind your feet again on the rock of universal lo
