Mindfulness Meditation is a simple-but-powerful practice that promotes presence and piece (/peace) of mind. Our friendly, open practice group at UUSGS meets weekly on Mondays in the Blue Room on the first floor from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. No experience is necessary; beginners, as well as seasoned meditators, are invited. . All are welcome.
If you own a cushion, you are welcome bring it. A regular pillow will do! Some cushions and blankets are available. About half of the participants do chair meditation.
